Position Overview
The Talent Acquisition Associate is responsible for supporting recruiting efforts across assigned locations. This role partners closely with hiring teams, candidates, and HR colleagues to ensure a seamless recruitment process, deliver a strong candidate experience, and contribute to broader talent initiatives that align with business priorities.
Key Responsibilities
- Review applications, assess candidate qualifications, and conduct outreach to complete required pre-screening questionnaires.
- Coordinate and schedule candidate interviews, ensuring timely communication and professional engagement throughout the process.
- Lead sourcing initiatives for assigned locations to attract and engage candidates aligned with hiring needs.
- Partner with HR and business stakeholders to support recruiting-related projects and initiatives.
- Maintain a working knowledge of HR policies and procedures to communicate effectively with internal departments.
- Provide exceptional customer service to candidates, hiring managers, and internal partners through clear communication, timely follow-up, and a strong sense of urgency.
- Prepare reports and contribute to recruiting projects as assigned.

- Proficiency in office software applications; experience with iCIMS or other applicant tracking systems a plus (training provided if needed).
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, office-based team environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in recruiting, HR, or related talent acquisition functions.
- Familiarity with candidate sourcing platforms and social media recruiting strategies.
- Knowledge of HR compliance practices and employment regulations.
- Professional certification in HR or recruiting (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR, AIRS) preferred.
