Overview
We are seeking a Senior Product Designer to shape the end-to-end experience of complex, web-based applications. This is not a traditional UX/UI role; we’re looking for a true product thinker—part detective and part designer—who can uncover user needs, validate ideas, and guide the product vision from concept through delivery.
Key Responsibilities

Drive the full product design process, from discovery to delivery, across SaaS-based platforms.

Conduct requirements gathering, interviews with subject matter experts (SMEs) and users, and validation testing to ensure solutions meet business and user needs.

Translate insights into clear product experiences, including vision documentation, wireframes, prototypes, and user flows.

Present and document the thought process behind design decisions, showing the evolution from initial concept to final solution.

Collaborate closely in an Agile environment, adapting quickly to changing priorities and feedback.

Partner with engineering, product management, and business stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of the product strategy.

Contribute to and uphold a user-centered design process, ensuring that every touchpoint reflects an excellent customer experience.
Qualifications

5+ years of experience designing usable, interactive online products—preferably in financial services or other complex, data-rich industries.

Demonstrated expertise in product design (not just screen-level UI/UX work).

Strong portfolio that showcases process as well as polished outcomes, highlighting the journey from point A to point Z.

Familiarity with design tools such as Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar.

Experience with SaaS platforms and understanding of their unique design challenges is a plus.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to facilitate discussions and articulate design decisions.

Proven success working in Agile teams, with flexibility to iterate and pivot as projects evolve.

Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple initiatives simultaneously.
