Overview
We are seeking a Senior Product Designer to shape the end-to-end experience of complex, web-based applications. This is not a traditional UX/UI role; we’re looking for a true product thinker—part detective and part designer—who can uncover user needs, validate ideas, and guide the product vision from concept through delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive the full product design process, from discovery to delivery, across SaaS-based platforms.

  • Conduct requirements gathering, interviews with subject matter experts (SMEs) and users, and validation testing to ensure solutions meet business and user needs.

  • Translate insights into clear product experiences, including vision documentation, wireframes, prototypes, and user flows.

  • Present and document the thought process behind design decisions, showing the evolution from initial concept to final solution.

  • Collaborate closely in an Agile environment, adapting quickly to changing priorities and feedback.

  • Partner with engineering, product management, and business stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of the product strategy.

  • Contribute to and uphold a user-centered design process, ensuring that every touchpoint reflects an excellent customer experience.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience designing usable, interactive online products—preferably in financial services or other complex, data-rich industries.

  • Demonstrated expertise in product design (not just screen-level UI/UX work).

  • Strong portfolio that showcases process as well as polished outcomes, highlighting the journey from point A to point Z.

  • Familiarity with design tools such as Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar.

  • Experience with SaaS platforms and understanding of their unique design challenges is a plus.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to facilitate discussions and articulate design decisions.

  • Proven success working in Agile teams, with flexibility to iterate and pivot as projects evolve.

  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple initiatives simultaneously.
